My desire is that you love, take care of, and cherish your body and your self.
I have been a nationally certified personal trainer for almost two decades (and a bit of a gym rat long before that). I have seen the gamut of fad diets and exercise gimmicks.
I have also witnessed many excited and well intentioned people start and stop taking care of themselves because it didn’t fit with their lifestyle. Or maybe they weren’t terribly excited about working out with a group, and their participation waned. Or they couldn’t afford to continue paying a personal trainer or a gym membership. Maybe they didn’t know what to do with, or got bored with, all the big, bulky equipment at the gym. As a result, their weight went up and down like the proverbial roller coaster, leaving many more frustrated and in worse shape than when they began.
I want that to stop.
I want to teach you, via my blog, about your body and how to take care of it for the long haul vs the short fix.
Even better…I’m pretty sure we can get a great start with a few sustainable changes rather than a complete overhaul of your current routine.
